How do we do this you ask? Here at Being, we use movement as a form of celebration, understanding that life - even the challenging parts -  are worth honoring. We hold reverence for this experience through healthy movement that gives our bodies the tools it needs to feel strong, confident, and capable in our everyday life. Owner & Trainer of Being's Virtual Workout Studio


I’ve been teaching fitness since 2017 and have developed a strong belief that fitness shouldn’t be about shrinking or trying to “get fit quick.” It’s a consistent commitment to being here, showing up for ourselves, and celebrating what our bodies can do. Lastly, of course, building strength in a way that builds us up instead of tearing our bodies down. Giving ourselves the tools we need to feel good in our body - all without the aches & pains that can come with poor training. My goal is to inspire you to honor your body - just as it is - one sweaty moment at a time. This is how true transformation begins: from the inside, out. Together, let's build outer strength for our inner being.
