The BEING Signature Class

The BEING workout library includes a wide variety of workouts. Between feel-good & effective strength training in our BUILD classes, barre-inspired endurance work in our BURN classes, and quick & dirty bonus bursts (hello, cardio!), our OG and absolute fan-fav is The BEING Signature Class.

It combines intentional strength training, core-centric endurance work, heart pumping cardio, yoga-inspired flows, and of course, mobility.

Everything you need in one class.

Choose between 30, 40, and 50 minute options based on how long you want to workout.

Random workouts = random results

Instead of taking random workout classes here and there, follow one of BEING’s Monthly or Weekly Workout Programs!

I do all the planning for you. Each BEING Program is made with love & intentional programming to ensure you’re working each major muscle group enough times per week to promote muscle growth, while avoiding muscle overuse.

Programming + exercise selection + progressive overload + recovery + nutrition = KEY to seeing & feeling the results you want. I’ve got you covered.

Helping you build strength & re-connect to your body

Hi, I’m Brittany! Fun fact: I built this on-demand workout library when I was pregnant with our first son. During the launch in 2022, every class in the library was recorded during my first, second, or third trimester!

Staying active and prioritizing maintaining & building muscle mass throughout pregnancy was very important to me. I truly believe it is why I felt so strong & healthy all three trimesters, and is why my recovery postpartum was so smooth.

Once I was cleared to strength train again, I’ve continued adding new programs & bonus classes to the library, and we are now at over 100 classes (plus new classes dropping weekly!). Including travel-friendly classes I teach while traveling throughout the year that you can take with you on the go!


While these classes are for anyone looking to build & maintain muscle in a feel-good & sustainable way, my true passion is to help women feel strong and empowered in all phases of life.

Most classes are around 35 minutes, making it easy to fit in your busy day - whether you’re a new mom, a stay-at-home parent, working long hours, and everything in between.

The best part? Each & every class fits into a BEING Program that you can follow, taking the guess work & planning completely out of the equation for you.
